OUR PROGRAMS
Our programs are designed for our members to develop the ability to acquire strong problem solving skills, be great decision makers, be innovative and realize their full potential.
UNLEASH YOUR POWER WITHIN SUMMER WORKSHOP:
This is a group based program with a total of 10 participants. Our program runs for 4-6 weeks. The participants will meet with their mentor StaceyAnn Henry for an average of 5-8 hours per meeting. The duration will vary due to recreational events, trips and activities planned.
Benefits:
Our programs are designed for our members to develop the ability to acquire strong problem solving skills, be great decision makers, innovative and realize their full potential. Our goal is to address the heart of the issues that our members face by increasing confidence in their own voice, convictions and improving the ability to identify obstacles in their personal lives and how to strategically address those obstacles, so they can create a whole new lifestyle that can contribute to positive change.
In completing the Unleash Your Power Program, the young ladies will gain an increase in eight areas:
· Personal Development
· Leadership Development
· Financial Literacy
· Entrepreneurship
· Cultural Literacy
· Health Education
· Professional Development
· Community Service
· Social Development

iSTEAM Leaderhip Project/IAAWOP SUMMER WORKSHOP:
IAAWOP collaborates with our partner iSTEAM Leadership Project. This is a group based program with a total of 40-50 participants. Participants will be divided up in to groups of 10. The program runs for 4-6 weeks.
Benefits:
iSTEAM Leadership Project (ISTEAM) mission is to fulfill the individual needs of underserved students through collaborative learning and innovation. To accomplish this mission iSTEAM will educate the students in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM), and increase awareness of careers available for them in STEAM fields and to build a lifelong audience for the arts. Our expectation is to empower students to become scholars of change by inspiring an obligation to self, others, the environment, and community.
In completing the iSTEAM Leadership Project, The participants will gain an increase in eleven areas:

ENTREPRENEUHERBUSINESS SUMMER WORKSHOP:
This is a group based program with a total of 10 participants. Our program runs for 3 weeks. The participants will meet with their mentor StaceyAnn Henry for an average of 5-6 hours per meeting.
Benefits:
Our EntrepreneuHER workshops are designed to inspire our members to become innovative change makers. We introduce them to the entrepreneurial mindset and provide hands-on training in high impact entrepreneurship. Participants develop creative capacity, confidence, and acquire the necessary skills to build their startups.
